I have been dedicated to healing and education for over 25 years, transforming lives through my teachings of movement, improv, dance, yoga, breathwork, sound healing and energy work. Deep transimission and connection to learning through both subject and student.
As a yoga teacher and yoga teacher trainer, I am committed to sharing this practice in tangible, meaningful and consistent means. My aim is to spread these teachings far and wide with distilled transmission, not diluted impact. I am most passionate to support new paradigm visionaries...teachers, space holders, facilitators, healers...in their ignition and initiation into their truest and highest self calling.
In addition to having lead over 15,000 hours of yoga in the last decade (you do the math)-largely serving as a YTT Lead Teacher- I am a certified Pranayama coach and Rebirther, a Reiki Master, Sound Healer, Ayurveda Consultant, Meditation and Yoga Nidra Teacher, Contact Beyond Contact, Contact Dance, Authentic Movements and Contact Improv Facilitator.
My work includes charity and service to environmental causes and women's issues, specifically domestic violence.
I have 25 years of experience with psychedelics and ceremony, having spent the last 2 decades traveling the globe from South America, to Southern Africa to Asia, Europe and onward. Sharing these ancient practices and medicines across 5 continents and over 40 nations as a shaman has been a real honor and gift.
I am a fierce single mother who free-schools her two daughters (Grace and Joy) my greatest teachers -anchors of unconditional love that keep me real, raw and evolving!!!
In 2017, I started offering the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Sri Lanka, soon branching out and training in South Africa, Mexico, Costa Rica, the US and online! Now my school offers the 300 hour and 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training Programs as well as trainings in Reiki, Yin, Tantra, Sound Healing, Sequencing, Kids Yoga, and more.
