I completed my 200 hour YTT with Jessyca and loved every second of it. She brings such positive and welcoming energy to her teachings and her classes. Despite my schedule she made the program work for me and went out of her way to accommodate. Her approach helped me to be more in tune with my deeper energetic self and she showed me how to share that with others. Her teachings, both on and off the mat, remain with me today. I’ve personally had beautiful sessions with Jessyca’s holistic services. I’ve been lucky to experience one of the most amazing breathwork sessions with her which helped me a lot, especially in terms of stress relief.

I had the pleasure of doing my yin training with Jessyca and loved every minute. It has been an invaluable experience and I am eagerly awaiting the opportunity to return to Sri Lanka and further my knowledge by learning some more from her.
