Life’s messy, schedules change-still we ask you to please cancel for classes at least 1 hour before class starts. If you cancel on time, you are credited right back into your account.   There are no refunds for unused class passes or memberships. 


It takes a lot to run a studio and provide quality offerings to our students. We do our best to offer you the best services possible. In order to do that, please be sure that you're booking the correct service and can attend classes, workshops, and be able to use the membership or services in the specified time allotted. We do not offer refunds of classes, memberships or workshops purchased. Its your responsibility to read our guidelines before purchasing. Non use of services are not grounds for a refund.


MASSAGE & TREATMENT POLICIES

Policies with Heart and Honesty


Cancellations: Life throws curveballs, we get it. Just give us at least 4 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Cancel within 4 hours, and there’s a 50% fee on the card you gave us. Why? Because your therapist held that time sacred, waiting to work their magic on you or another soul. If health throws a wrench in the works—like a medical condition that says, “Not today”—no cancellation fees, just safety first. We want you thriving, not stressed.


Payment: We keep it simple—cash or card. Checks?


Late or No-Shows: Respect the clock—not just for you, but for us too. Be ready a few minutes before your session, especially if it’s your first time so we can get your intake forms squared away. If we don’t hear from you by 15 minutes past your appointment time, we might have to let that time go (and charge the 50%).


If You’re Feeling Sick: Health first, always. Tell us if you’re under the weather before your session and we won’t charge you a cancellation fee. Take care of yourself—we’ll be here when you’re ready.


Boundaries: This session is your sacred space. If anything feels off or uncomfortable, speak up—no ego bruises here. Your comfort and safety are non-negotiable. Genital areas stay covered, always. If you want to stay clothed, that’s your call. We adapt because this is about your trust and ease.


Phones: Keep ‘em silenced or off to keep the vibe pure and uninterrupted. We may use a phone for playlists but not for distractions. If you want your phone nearby or want to record, just say the word.


Hygiene & Sanitation: Cleanliness is a love language here. We wash up before and after every session, and we kindly ask you to do the same before your visit. Got any skin issues or open areas? Let us know so we can keep everything safe and smooth for both of us.


Confidentiality: What’s said here, stays here. Your privacy is sacred—no judgment, no spills. You should always feel safe sharing and relaxing.


Informed Consent: Before we start, you’ll fill out a medical intake form. We’ll chat it through to make sure we’re on the same page—no guesswork, just care.


Medical Intake: Tell us about any ongoing conditions your doctor watches. It helps us protect you better, and sometimes we might need to postpone or cancel the session if it’s not safe yet.


Packages: Love a good deal? Us too. Packages expire 3 monthS from purchase and can’t be combined with other discounts. You pay upfront at the first session and reap the rewards after. Packages stay personal—can’t split them between clients—but gifting single sessions is cool. Remember, cancellation rules still apply.


Gift Cards: We’ve got e-gift cards and paper ones, that expire in 30 days from sale.


Pediatric Massage: We welcome all ages, but for those 18 and younger, a parent or guardian’s signature is a must on arrival. For anyone 15 or younger, a grown-up needs to hang out in the room during the massage. Safety and trust above all else.
