CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

MEDITATION & MOVEMENT 
Holistic movement that includes pranayama, mudras, mantras and elements of relaxation (nidra) or meditation throughout each chakra for a unique practice experience.

HATHA YOGA

Build foundational strength while focusing on the subtle body breath connection-unearthing strength in softness and power in pause. 

Weekdays at 8:00AM

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Most restorative practices are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar.

MAT PILATES

Join a fun and upbeat Pilates workout!  Come as you are, get grounded, get strong, and let’s rewrite your body story—one breath, one badass move at a time!  Tuesdays and Thursday Mornings at 9:30AM, Monday at 5:30PM


YIN YOGA

Slow down the body and breath in an effort to release connective tissue and body stress, achieving a deep state of relaxation through passive movement.

Deeply rooted in Ashtanga tradition with postures from the primary series, flowing through sequences while utilizing breath.
